Food Science, Nutrition and Health Promotion majors Malone McGhee, Maddie Devine and Samantha Moore prepare a meal at Fresh Food Company campus eatery as part of their Quantity Food Production course. The students plan the menu within a budget, purchase food, prepare the meal and then serve guests. The four-course meal included tomato soup with parmesan toast; spinach salad with feta and pine nuts; chicken piccata, angel hair pasta and asparagus entree; and berry cheesecake with graham cracker crust for dessert.
