DEPSCoR Day set for March 20
汤头条 and the Mississippi Research Alliance are hosting DEPSCoR DAY on March 20 at Colvard Student Union.
DEPSCoR Day is an opportunity to interact with Department of Defense program officers and learn more about the funding opportunities available through DoD research programs, including DoD's Established Program to Stimulate Competitive Research, or DEPSCoR.
Program officers from the Army, Navy and Air Force, along with other DoD representatives, will participate in the meeting, which will cover the following topics: collaborating with the DoD, especially the Army Research Office, Office of Naval Research and Air Force Office of Scientific Research; building connections with DoD research program officers; identifying DoD research funding opportunities; understanding basic research within the DoD; and one-on-one engagement with relevant program officers (sign up at registration).
The event is free and open to researchers and other academic research officers or administrators from all DEPSCoR-eligible states.
